Getting Started

At CrossFit Singletrack, you’ll find yourself receiving far more than just a gym membership.

You’ll receive personal instruction and training each and every session. We will provide you with constantly varied, functional workouts that will challenge any and all fitness levels.

We will provide you with instruction to perform the movements in a safe manner. We will encourage you. We will support you. We will hold you accountable.  We can help you move better, feel better, and be better in every aspect of your life.

We require all new members to complete Four 1-on-1 session with a trainer prior to joining group class. These are included in your 1st month of dues. Prior CrossFit experience may allow for an exception to this policy.
