My CrossFit journey began in the summer of 2009. While my opinion was initially laughable (high reps, low weights, seizure pullups) after my first workout of 20 wallballs on the minute for 10 mins I quickly changed my mind, after Fran I was completely hooked. I walked into my first CrossFit at 247 pounds and over the last three years I have dropped almost 70 lbs. I received my level one certificate in November of 2012 and am beyond excited to continue to develop and share what CrossFit has already taught me. The CrossFit model, and the concepts taught within the CrossFit community are second to none in my opinion and I believe in them. Simply put there is not a better program to increase your fitness, mental capacity, and confidence, Period.
